1. Why should I book a session with Rashae?
While I first and foremost seek to provide you with pictures you will love and cherish, I also want our experience together to be fun and engaging. I want to connect with you, learn about your family, and capture those moments and memories that are most important to you. I want to tell your story. I do this for YOU, in every step of the way. My photos are bright, consistent, and full of life, and I promise a good experience. Send me a message so we can chat and you can decide if we will be a good fit!
2. How do I book my session?
It's as easy as shooting me a message (see the Contact page above)! I send you some information, you decide if we’ll be a good fit. If so, we’ll coordinate a date, I’ll send a questionnaire and a retainer invoice (which goes towards the total session fee). Once paid, you’re booked! Rest assured that your booking is not 'official' until you've paid the retainer amount.
3. What is included in the price? How are payments made?
Included in the cost is photographer time (including travel), location recommendations, and edited, high resolution images available to print and/or download (image amounts are specified in session description pages). A nonrefundable retainer amount will be required upon booking. Payment information will be sent with the other session details upon inquiry.
4. When and how will I receive my images?
You will receive all images via email with a link to a personalized gallery where images can be downloaded and/or printed. You will have your images back within 2-3 weeks of our session.
5. Do you offer payment plans?
At this time, I do not offer payment plans, but I want to make this experience possible for you. Please reach out if you have any concerns about pricing.
6. What areas are included in Lower Bucks County?
At this time, I am willing to travel within 30 miles of Yardley, PA. This includes, but is not limited to: Doylestown, Lahaska, New Hope, Newtown, Langhorne, Levittown, Bensalem, and Bristol. Areas past the New Jersey border or in Northern Philadelphia are also possible. Extra fees apply for further travel beyond 30 miles. Please reach out with any further questions!
7. What happens if my booking is cancelled due to weather or other circumstances (sickness, family concerns, etc.)?
Regarding weather, I will only cancel if I feel it poses a risk to you or my equipment, such as heavy thunderstorm or snow. Otherwise, sessions continue as planned. For any cancellation, or if you have to cancel with me, we will reschedule as soon as possible, and additional details are outlined in our contract.
